Baked Sweet Potato Treats Recipe

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• 1 Large Sweet Potato
• 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
• 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
• Parchment Lined Cookie Sheet

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees
2. Thinly slice sweet sweet potato and toss in olive oil
3. Sprinkle with cinnamon
4. Place on cookie sheet without overlapping
5. Cook for 2.5 – 3 hours
